The W20 Foundation started in 2007 by retired NHL Hockey player, Steve Webb with an initial outreach to provide young student ice hockey players the ability to receive partial educational scholarships. These scholarships were designed to bring forth the presence of new possibilities for the Long Island Youth Hockey Community.

The organization has grown each year, both in size and scope. What started as a small project has now grown to expand our focus and outreach.

We are proud to present Project "Team Up 4 Community." Athletes are important influential agents of change, not only in schools but in their communities at large. By showcasing the community give back that athletes provide we can inspire more people and organizations to give back.

We will highlight the community service that all Athletes contribute, gives Organizations ideas about what they can do to contribute to their communities, encourage greater participation from our youth and creates a sense of feeling good about giving back and being recognized.
