W20 Foundation

Established in 2007, The W-20 Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by retired New York Islander, Steve Webb. The W-20 Foundation has been set in place to provide young student ice hockey players from all levels the ability to receive a partial scholarship towards either a specialized High School program and/or undergraduate course of study at an accredited College and/or University.

These athletes are people who lead by example to their peers. They are ones who exemplify the life qualities of Dedication, Leadership, Purpose, and Passion. This scholarship is designed to bring forth the presence of new possibilities for the Long Island Youth Hockey Community. It will allow ice hockey players who live with passion to see that there can be no constraints placed upon them when they take on leading by example. A new view for their futures can emerge.

The W-20 Foundation together with the support of the Long Island community can generate a new program that will inspire and cultivate our Youth Hockey Community into the leaders of tomorrow.
